Exchange Policy

At Vault N3, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we happily accept exchanges subject to the following conditions:

*If the product is the wrong size, and an alternative size is available orĀ 

*the product is defective or damaged upon delivery (with proof of unboxing video provided).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
    Exchanges are processed once per order.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
