1. Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our collections are limited drops, and once sold out, they won’t be restocked. However, bestsellers may occasionally make a comeback — follow us on Instagram @vault.n3 for updates.
2. How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes or need help picking the perfect fit, email queries@vaultn3.com — we’re happy to guide you!
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, so cancellations or changes are not always possible. Email us within 2 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to assist.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and Netbanking payments. All transactions are 100% secure.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days across India.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship across India — but international shipping is coming soon! Stay tuned via our socials.
7. What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer exchanges in case of size issues or manufacturing defects. Products must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery. We also urge customers to record an unboxing video for us to validate exchanges . We do not accept product returns. Please refer to our full Exchange Policy for further details.
8. My item arrived damaged/incorrect — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please drop us an email at queries@vaultn3.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue. We’ll take care of it ASAP.
